Shady Rest Lodge Inc was established in the early 1920's and over the years has provided many guests with an unique vacation resort and the opportunity to renew one's spirit in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin. One of the original owners from 1932 described Shady Rest Lodge Inc as "Something Dif'rent on Manson Lake." In 1955 the Fease family moved from the hectic pace of Milwaukee and took over ownership and operation of Shady Rest Lodge Inc. Over the next 50 years the Fease family continued to provide guests with a one of a kind vacation experience.
